He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara B. Cochrane and David W. Cochrane; and his wife Laura B. Cochrane. He is survived by: his brother Steven D. Cochrane; and his stepchildren, Sara E. Galanaugh (Donald) and James L. Pickett (Anne). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
A committal service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chester Rural Cemetery (412 W 15th St, Chester, PA 19013).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a charity of one's choice, reflecting Bob's generous and giving nature.
