He is survived by: his children, Rasheedah Smith, Tracey Washington (Lenny), Shaneeka Curry, Cassandra Curry-Rollie, Omar Rollie and Hasan Curry-Rollie; his grandchildren, Kyle Hicks Jr., Kyia Hicks, Xytaha Watts, Lewis Watts, Linda Washington and Umariya Curry; and his siblings, Janie Thurmond (Tom), Carrie Thurmond-Argro (John) and Earl Thurmond. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Daniels United Methodist Church (315 Edwards St, Chester, PA 19013).
