She was predeceased by: her mother Tammy Hazlett. She is survived by: her father Scott Fultz; her pets, Liv and Hazel; and her sister Kayla. She is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home (179 Starr Rd, Russellton, PA 15076). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to West Deer Township Dog Shelter in honor of Angeleah's love for animals.
