She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Wasik and Frances Wasik; and her husband Frank C. Wise. She is survived by: her brother Wes Wasik of Houston, Texas; her stepchildren, Matthew Wise (Kim) of Butler, Nadine Garmer (Dan) of Tarentum and Joelle Wise of Tarentum; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Samantha, Delaney and Cody; and her caregivers, Jessica Namey and Kim Aydelott.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Charles B. Jarvie Cheswick Funeral Home Inc. (1607 Pittsburgh St, Cheswick, PA 15024). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at the Deer Creek Cemetery (902 Russellton Rd, Cheswick, PA 15024).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, in honor of Jackie's long and courageous journey.
