We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jan Karol Kochmanski of Cheswick, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Jan is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jan's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus "Ted" Kochmanski and Leokadia "Lottie" Kochmanski (Kulas); and his wife Lynne Kochmanski (Rebele). He is survived by: his son Douglas Kochmanski (Breanne); and his grandchildren, Oskar and Greta.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cremation and Alternative Services, Inc. (421 Allegheny Ave, Oakmont, PA 15139). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Burket-Truby Funeral Home (421 Allegheny Ave, Oakmont, PA 15139).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project.
