She was predeceased by: her parents, John Larko and Margaret Unik Larko. She is survived by: her husband Randall "Randy" L. Collins; her sons, Blaine Pekarek (Janessa Knepshield) of Irwin and Ray Pekarek (Kaila) of Avonmore; her stepchildren, Sean Collins (Jodie Billingslee) of Indiana and Jessica Collins-Pesanski of Tarentum; her grandchildren, Wesley, Nora, Kendyll, Tyler, Axel, Jax, Claira, Nevaeh, Bella, Bailey and Dylan; her brothers, John Larko of Vandergrift and Dave Larko (Lisa) of Dubois; and her pet Lilly.
