He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kephart and Joan Morrison Kephart; and his former wife Linda Barker Kephart. He is survived by: his wife Jodie Mellish Kephart; his son Kenneth Kephart (Marah) of Florida; his brothers, Loren Kephart (Sharon) of O'Hara, Timothy Kephart (Susan) of Cheswick and Mitchell Kephart (Tammy) of Harwick Two; his grandchildren, Noah and Kennedy Kephart; his stepson John Arce (Dana) of Leechburg; and his brother-in-law Gregory George Mellish As. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
