He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia A. Stokes Sweigart; and his stepson Terry Kasperowski. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Jane Sweigart (Meashey) of Port Allegany and Jeffrey, Sr. Sweigart; his siblings, Jeffrey M. Sweigart, Jr. of Tiltonsville, OH and Gina M. Impavido of Allison Park; and his stepdaughter Amy Kasperowski of Tampa, FL.. He is also survived by three nieces; two nephews; a grandniece; aunts and uncles.
