She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Garing and Dora Lechner Garing; her husband Clarence Truscott; her son George L. Truscott; and her siblings, Dorothy (William Gallaher), Vemberline (Newt Sedwick), Jeanette (Fred McCollough), Alice Garing, Marilyn (Donald Knepshield), Lewis (Phyllis Garing) and Herbert (Jeanette Garing).
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey A. Truscott of Chicora; her brother John F. Garing, Sr. (Harriet) of Chicora; her daughter-in-law Nancy Truscott of Verona; her grandsons, David R. Truscott of Verona and John C. Truscott (Jessica) of San Jose, California; and her sister-in-law Joan Garing of New Wilmington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
