With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anthony Joseph Neff of Chicora, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 27, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Neff and Regina Ritzert Neff; his daughter Toni Josephine Schnell; his sisters, Josephine Neff, Clare Marie Neff and Mary Elizabeth Mulligan; Bill, Harry, Richard, Elmer, George, Stephen, David, Morris and Joseph Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Barnes Neff; his children, Reverend Steven V. Neff of Pittsburgh and Rebecca Zedreck (Jerry) of Prospect; his son-in-law DeWitt Schnell of Chicora; his grandchildren, Emily Schnell, Melissa Timblin, Nicole Kuctha (Jason) and Christopher Zedreck (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Logan Timblin, Brynn, Jaxson Kuctha, Hunter and Racer Zedreck; and his siblings, Jack Neff (Bonnie) and Marcella "Sally" Desmond. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Anthony J. Neff to St. Clare of Assisi Parish, St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 864 Chicora Rd., Chicora, PA 16025.
