Joseph Grant McCloskey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Grant McCloskey of Chicora, Pennsylvania, born in Petrolia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant McCloskey and Helen Schneider McCloskey; his sons, Matthew G. and Robert T. McCloskey; and his brothers, Robert and Thomas McCloskey.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn M. Shultz McCloskey; his children, Helen Frances Bellucci of Hermitage and Michael J. McCloskey (Tina M.) of Chicora; and his grandchildren, Michelle Bellucci, Marc Bellucci, Matthew Bellucci, Madelyn McCloskey and Alex Scarborough. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hile Funeral Home of Chicora (339 Chicora Fenelton Rd, Chicora, PA 16025). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church (807 Chestnut St, Emlenton, PA 16373).
