He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo E. Sr. Kiefer and Anna Marie Kemple Kiefer; his brothers, Brian and Joseph Kiefer; and his sister-in-law Sharon J. Kiefer-West.
He is survived by: his sister Leanora A. "Lee" Kiefer-West of Chicora. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hile Funeral Home of Chicora (339 Chicora Fenelton Rd, Chicora, PA 16025).
