She was predeceased by : her parents, William Stoops and Esther Stoops (Kepple); her former life partner William G. Elder; her husband Roy Hilliard; her siblings, Theodore Stoops (Joan), Evelyn Earley (Harvey) and Mary Ortz (Clifford); and her siblings-in-law, Glenn and Lois Bowser (Elder).
She is survived by : her brothers, William Stoops (Regina) of Salem and James Stoops (Donna) of Franklin, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She lived there until she contracted covid in December 2020.
