He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cumberland Friend; his children, Francis Friend (Glynnis) of Verona, WI and Katherine Hazlett of Virginia Beach, VA; his stepdaughters, Paula Menteer (Casey) of Kane and Stephanie Neely of Butler; his grandchildren, Ruth, Sydney and Emma Hazlett; his stepgrandchildren, Shaine Miller, Jonathan Koebler and Kenny Clark; and his siblings, Ronald Friend (Michelle) of Winter Springs, FL, Rod Friend (Philippa) of Sarver, Saundra Isovitch (Bob) of Butler and Cynthia Crytzer (Stan Spence) of Mercer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
