Smith Ness; her husband Dennis of Butler; her daughters, Amanda Bellis (Jon Sullivan) of Chicora and Chelsea Bellis (Dylan McHaddon) of Karns City; her grandsons, Lucas Henry and Carson McHaddon; her close friend Ryan Neely of Chicora; her brother Dave Collier (Nikki) of Chicora; her niece Oshlynn Leroy of New Mexico; and the father of her children Colby Bellis of Chicora.
