She was predeceased by: her husband Willis J. Kurtz; her parents, Elmer F. Siedhof and Mildred S. Beam Siedhof; and her son John D. Kurtz. She is survived by: her daughter Julie D. Kurtz of Lancaster; and her half-sisters, Helen (Dan Buckwalter) of Alaska and Judi Nauman of Virginia.
