He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Emmi and Alfonsia Emmi; his siblings, Josephine, Carmella, Ann, Anthony and Sam; and his sister-in-law Joan Emmi.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Lee Emmi-Moore (Michael) and John S. Emmi; his grandchildren, Alexander, Connor, Alec and Samantha; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Emmi; and his nephew Sam Emmi.
