He is survived by: his wife Louise "Sandy" Pluck Stringer of Kirkwood; his sons, Samuel "Butch" (Charlotte Stringer) of Kirkwood and Joseph Stringer (Lisa); and his sister Rebecca Stringer of Kirkwood. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
