He was predeceased by: his wives, Mary Margaret McFalls Ingram and Joan Walls Ingram; his parents, William Ingram and Clara Gray Ingram; his son Edgar Ingram; and his stepdaughter Kathy Lawrence.
He is survived by: his son Richard B. Jr. (Linda Kline Ingram) of Coatesville; his stepchildren, Norman Walls of Parkesburg, Linda Walls of West Chester and Kim Walls of Malvern; his grandchildren, Bruce, Shane, Margaret and Mary; his great grandchildren, Chance, Colton, Zeke, Corbin and Ashley; and his sisters, Maxine Schollenberger and Margaret Touchton. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pequea Baptist Church (6062 Old Philadelphia Pike, Gap, PA 17527). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hopewell Methodist Cemetery (852 Hopewell Rd, Downingtown, PA 19335).
