She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hoak and Gladys Hoak (Grice); her husband Jack Fulmer; and her siblings, Carol and Edward "Nupe" Hoak.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Fulmer (late Tracy) of Pittsburgh, Curtis Fulmer of Pittsburgh, Vincent Fulmer of Clairton, Joel Fulmer (late Joanne) of Clairton, Donna Gilson (Rick) of Meadville, Valerie Harvey (Vincent) of Friedens, Kevin Fulmer of Clairton, Scott Fulmer (April) and Charles Fulmer of Clairton; her grandchildren, Michael Harvey, Mary Fulmer and Charles Fulmer; and her great grandchildren, Audrey and Parker Harvey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
