He is survived by: his wife Shari Cola (Chasko); his children, Jessica Briggs (Shane) of Jefferson Hills, Malarie Bartko of Elizabeth and Richard "R. J." Bartko of Clairton; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Ian, Serenity, Alyssa, Colton, Kierra, Devlin, Deion, Haylee and Haven; and his brother Gregory Cola of Elizabeth.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the A. J. Bekavac Funeral Home (555 N 5th St, Clairton, PA 15025).
