He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Kaiser and Elizabeth Woodyard Kaiser. He is survived by : his wife Linda A. Kaiser; his children, James Eric Kaiser (Renee) of Erie, Robert Scott Kaiser (Pam) of Fairview and Melissa Lynn Steinbaugh (Robert) of Erie; his stepdaughter Maura Derstien (Marc) of Telford; his brother Duane Arthur Kaiser of Alexandria, VA; his grandchildren, Erica Kaiser, Tiffany Kaiser, Calvin Derstein and Tyler Derstein; and his pets, Ellie and Bo.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Wilson Presbyterian Church at 400 N 4th St, Clairton, PA 15025.
