He was predeceased by : his former life partner Genevieve "Peanut" Smith. He is survived by : his fiancée Darlene Milslagle of Clairton; his sister Noreen Burkett of White Oak; his friend Sondra Wingrove of Clairton; and his pets, Trixie, Hunter, Buggaboo, Midnight and Sugar.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs.
