She was predeceased by : her parents, Nicholas Hulak and Catherine Hulak (Hanchovsky); her siblings, Ann Kulick, John Hulak, Mary Velmar and Suzanna Taylor; her husband William Charles; her son William Charles (Cheryl); and her grandson Justin Charles.
She is survived by : her grandsons, Will Charles, Chad Charles (Jen) and Josh Charles (Kaitlin); her great grandchildren, Blaise, Sawyer, Justin and Jameson; her nieces, Sandy Hodgkiss, Karol Gaydas, Susan Fazio, Diane Antes and Melissa Taylor; and her nephew Robert Taylor.
