"Boots" Benack (Denise) of Clairton, Scott T. Benack (Debra) of Elizabeth, Lori L. Benack of Clairton and Lynda L. Manko of Jefferson Hills; her grandchildren, Jason Lohr (Noreen), Nicole Lowers (Paul), Scott Benack, Jr. (Angela), Kristy Wilson (Rick), Tim Benack, Lexi Sacunas (Bryan), Steven Fortunato and Amanda Manko; and her sister Ursula Svac of Jefferson Hills. She is also survived by her great grandchildren.
