He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ulmer and Ruth Ulmer (Cochran). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ulmer (Senko); his sons, William Ulmer (Andrea) of Mount Pleasant and Christopher Ulmer (Roy) of Pleasant Hills; his granddaughter Reagan Kathleen Ulmer of Mount Pleasant; and his brothers, Craig Ulmer (Barbara) of Pleasant Hills and Kevin Ulmer (Ginger) of Elizabeth Township. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
