She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward A. Gummo and Margaret Gardner (Gummo); and her sister Harriet Fisher. She is survived by: her husband Barry J. Biggans of Clarence; her son Jeffrey (Petra) of Shepherdstown, WV; her granddaughter Zoe Biggans; and her siblings, Edward Gummo (Kathy) of Howard, Burma Gummo of Bellefonte, Debbie Confer of State College and Tammy Davis (Grant) of State College.
In lieu of flowers, Evelyn requested that memorial contributions be made to the Honor Guard serving the Mountaintop area, a cause that was dear to her heart.
