Eugene leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Eugene’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Eugene will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Moore and Clara Moore; his son Donald Moore; and his sister Shirley Dickey. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter-in-law Patricia Moore; and his sons, Roger Moore and Brad Moore. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. (1003 Pennsylvania Ave E, Warren, PA 16365). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
