He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank M. Shrefler and Priscilla Moline Shrefler; and his sister Tina Meals. He is survived by : his wife Sheila Check Shrefler; his children, Cecilia Penfield of Wilcox, PA., Todd A. Shrefler (Leslie) of Barnes, PA. and Mandy Fitzgerald (Michael) of Clarendon, PA.; his siblings, Larry Shrefler (Marcheta) of Edinboro, PA., Gary Shrefler (Carol) of Pittsburgh, PA., Jerry Shrefler (Sherri) of Kersey, PA., Mike Shrefler (Bridgette) of Ridgway, PA., Lori Hokeneski (Kevin) of Ridgway, PA. and Becky Larkin of Chincoteague Island, VA.; his mother-in-law Katherine "Kate" Check; and his sister-in-law Caroline Logan (Larry) of Clarendon, PA.. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
