He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Zaffino and Carmela Zaffino (Valentia); his daughter Teresa A. Zaffino-Dase; his siblings, Samuel Zaffino, Louie Zaffino, Ned Zaffino, Angelina T. Kujava, Bernice Zaffino and Lena Piehuta; and his siblings' children, Joanne Zaffino and Danny Zaffino.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela E. Steinkamp of Warren, Kim A. Cosmano-Stephens of Prescott, AZ, Scott J. Zaffino (Cindy Meicher) of Nebraska and Karen M. Zaffino of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Kathryn Steinkamp, Brittany Bradshaw, Joshua Cook of Chandler, AZ, Haley Gray of Scottsdale, AZ and Joey Zaffino of Queen Creek, AZ; his former wives, Carol Zaffino Marcos of Chandler, AZ, Linda Carter Ford and Russell; his sister Stella Wenzel; his son-in-law John Dase; and his sibling's children, Randy Zaffino, Doug Zaffino, David (Corinne Zaffino), Judy Zaffino, Laura Henry and Laurie Capps. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
