He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Jurkiewicz and Mary Jurkiewicz; and his granddaughter Nancy Dawn Hansel. He is survived by : his wife Susie; his children, Lonni Hendershott (Jurkiewicz), Johnetta Maartense (John), Misty Jurkiewicz and Paul Jurkiewicz; and his goddaughter Kathy Galganski. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins.
