He is survived by: his daughter Charleigh Wilson; his brother Josh Wilson (Erin Fry) of Clarendon; his grandmother Kitty Cerra of Warren; and his uncles, Steve Wilson (Patti) of Clarendon and Donny Wilson (Brandy) of Warren.
The family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to Mrs. Kitty Cerra, 80 Wildwood Lane, Warren, Pa 16365 to be used to set up a trust fund for Tyler's daughter Charleigh.
