He was predeceased by: his parents, John Serbernak and Erma Serbernak (Reger); his wife Jennie Serbernak (Slifkey); and his siblings, Marie Whiteman, Erma Serbernak, Joseph and John Serbernak.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Doris Natale and Patricia Slifkey; his nephew Barry A. Visnic; and his niece Tricia L. Slifkey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
