She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Slifkey and Mary Slifkey (Falta); and her siblings, Beverly Lee Visnic, Franklin "Herky" Slifkey, Mildred Eberhardt, Eleanor Slifkey, Ilene Cassol, Frank Slifkey and Edward Slifkey.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest Serbernak; and her sister Doris Natale. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
