He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. and Mary E. Bish (Klepfer) of Mayport; his brother Jason Bish; his brothers-in-law, David Kosko and Terry Kemmer; and his nephew Jon Kemmer.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Kemmer; and his sisters, Shelley Kosko of DuBois and Susan Dietrick (John) of Denver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
