She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W Lines and Ruth Chick Lines of Dubois, PA; her siblings, Charles, George, John, Arthur, Jim Lines and Lois Lines Monella; and her husband Joseph H. Shaw.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Linda Shaw, Cathy Jo Shaw Selker and Bonnie Shaw Pfaff. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
