He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob C. Walter and Rolla W. Walter (Swartz); and his wife Sally Irene Walter (Snyder). He is survived by: his children, Jacob E. Walter (Sheri) of Clarion and Candace B. Walter Bowser (Bill) of Timblin; his grandchildren, Scott A. Walter, Jacob F. Walter, Stephanie and Austin Shay (Nick); his great grandchildren, Briella, Peyton, Cayden, Briar and Maverick; and his siblings, Flora Bish of Frogtown, W. Drayle Walter of North Carolina, Rita Oliver (Tony) of Colorado, Maryann White of Rimersburg, Jodi Fierst (Glenn) of Mayport and James Walter of Rimersburg.
