John Como Obituary
The passing of John Como of Clarion, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 2, 2025 at the age of 86. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard and Edna Mae Clendenning; and his siblings, Betty, Connie, Jim, Michael and Sue.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Como (Shawn Zerfoss), Joel Como (Lisa), Elana Como and Stephen Como (Lorilei); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Shannonhouse, Devin Earney, Roland Shannonhouse (Jenessa Booher), Angela Vakiner (Bryan), Matthew Arthurs (Abbi) and Cayla Arthurs (Brent Stiles); and his great grandchild Margaret Mary Vakiner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home (898 Old Rte 119 Hwy N, Indiana, PA 15701). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church (200 Clairvaux Dr, Indiana, PA 15701).
