He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Como and Edna Mae Como (Clendenning); his wife Nancy Jean Como (Work); and his siblings, Betty, Connie, Jim, Michael and Sue.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Como (Shawn Zerfoss), Joel Como (Lisa), Elana Como and Stephen Como (Lorilei); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Shannonhouse, Devin Earney, Roland Shannonhouse (Jenessa Booher), Angela Vakiner (Bryan), Matthew Arthurs (Abbi) and Cayla Arthurs (Brent Stiles); and his great grandchild Margaret Mary Vakiner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
