He is survived by : his children, John "Chuck" Muha of North Washington, PA and Jaclyn Muha of Franklin, PA; his grandchildren, Teagan, Declan and Cullen Keely; and his siblings, Larry Muha of Sharon, PA and Cindy Workman (Dennis) of Mercer, PA.
