She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Smith and Margaret Davis (Smith); and her brother Raymond Davis. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Peltcs; her children, Russell Peltcs (Rusty) of Orlando, FL, Linda Traub of Clarion and Karen Zelina (John) of Macedonia, OH; her grandchildren, Tayler Oakes, Adam Zelina (Ciara), Kyle Zelina (Adreanna), Ashley Zelina and Hannah Zelina; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Koltyn and Aubreigh; her sister-in-law Pat Davis; and her sibling's children, Debbie Rusch, Sally Fellmy, Tom Matson and Steve Fellmy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Point Church of God (180 West Trinity Drive, Clarion, PA 16214).
