He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Clark and Laura Clark; his grandparents, Lloyd and Ethel Marshall of Clarion; and his sisters, Mary and Martha.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy (Sandy); and his children, Lynn (Jim) of Pennsylvania, Mark (Setyowati), Laurie (Brian) of Wisconsin and Scott (Jean) of California.
The family requests consideration of memorial donations to the First United Methodist Church of Clarion organ fund, the Wounded Warrior Project, and Operation Smile.
