He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl S. "Tom" Cogley and Nellie P. Mechling Cogley; and his siblings, Jeffery Cogley and Linda Lee Cogley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cocolin; his sons, Michael Cogley of Clarion, Mark Cogley of Pittsburgh and James Cogley (Vicki) of Dubois; his grandchildren, Heather Cogley Plyler (Paul), Brianna Cogley Hughes, Austen Cogley and Dr. Maia Cogley; his great grandchildren, Ella, Ava and Colton; and his sister-in-law Kathie Cogley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robert V. Burns Funeral Home (638 Wood St, Clarion, PA 16214). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
