It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Sweitzer of Clarion, Pennsylvania, born in Frogtown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Sweitzer and Mable Eshbaugh Ferringer Sweitzer; his wife Bonnie Lou Styers; and his brothers, Ferman "Guss" Sweitzer and Wayne Sweitzer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Clair "Jay" Sweitzer, Russell Sweitzer (Sherry) and Carla Sweitzer; his nieces and nephews, Eric, Josh, Gloria, Cathy, Beverly, Tina, Marla, Norma, Jeanine and Sonya; and his close friends, Bri, Jeff Banner (family: Cindy, Paul Curran), Rick, Susan Rathfon, Edie, Duane Quinn, Missy and Buck Elliot.
His memberships included Trout Unlimited, Ducks Unlimited, NRA and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
