Franklin H. Schell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin H. Schell of Clark, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 1, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Schell and Alice Schell (Porterfield); and his siblings, Priscilla Schell, Beatrice Winger, Flora Coxson, Margaret Brakeman, Neomia Levitt and Leon Schell.
He is survived by: his wife Jane T. Schell (Pazgan); his children, Janina Testani (Paul) of Barboursville, WV, Krisann Trontel (Jerry) of Clark, PA, Julie Cunningham (John) of Hermitage, PA and Don Hepler of Struthers, OH.; his siblings, Charles Schell (Karen) of Clark, PA, William Schell of Sharon, PA and Ruth Allshouse of Butner, NC; and his grandchildren, Kelly Punzalan (Christian), Erica Testani (William Wills), Dr. Aaron Trontel (Natassja), Jared Trontel, Collin Trontel, Michael Sweitzer and Matthew Cunningham.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home (264 E State St, Sharon, PA 16146). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Church of Notre Dame (2325 Highland Rd, Hermitage, PA 16148).
