He is survived by: his wife Mary Kladitis; his daughters, Terri Plotner (Gregory Meade) of Sharpsville, PA and Kristina Lenzi of Hermitage, PA; his brother Terry Lipak (Joanne) of Sharpsville, PA; and his grandchildren, Alyssa and Anthony Lenzi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
