She was predeceased by: her parents, Crissie Hough and Lewis Hough; her husband Dean Parshall; and her siblings, Lewis, Evan, William, Lucille Brest and Doris Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Scott (Butch), Tom Parshall (Amy) and Jim Parshall; her grandchildren, Jason Scott, Michael Parshall, Alyson Maurice (Ryan) and Tyler Parshall (Chelsey); her brother Robert Hough; her sister-in-law Agnes Hough; Julia Maurice, Willow Maurice and Ellie Parshall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stephen J Sherman Funeral Home (2201 Highland Rd, Hermitage, PA 16148). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phyliss's name to Clark Trinity United Methodist Church and Clark Volunteer Fire Department.
