He is survived by: his former wife Lynne Confer of Clarks Summit; his children, James Robert Moran of Clarks Summit and Kelly Moran of Olyphant; and his siblings, John Moran (Jan) of Herndon, VA and Ellen "Agnew" Moran of Reston, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
