She was predeceased by: her mother Catherine DiCindio Alu. She is survived by: her father Joseph M. Alu; her stepmother Catherine Hartman Alu; her caregiver Carol Mattern; and her close friend Nicole Brennan. She is also survived by siblings; niece and nephews; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
