She is survived by: her daughters, Clara and Karen Sewack; her grandchildren, Samantha Sewack, Molly Teska of East Rochester, NY and David Teska (Katie); her great grandchild Lilly Petrisky; her son-in-law Joseph Sewack; and her siblings, Ann Carpenter, Barney and Stanley Matylewicz.
