He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Summerhill; his parents, Stanley Evans and Zida Evans (Winters); his children, Erin Evans and Gerard McAndrew; and his brother Phillip Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Dileen Casey (Thomas) of Tunkhannock, Michele Remynse (Randy) of Minot, David Evans (Liz) of Falls, Judith Zeiss (Christopher) of Newton Township and Natalie Adamsky (Matt); and his sister Helen Richardson of Newton Township. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
